Welcome to Nine Tours’ Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Nine Tours (“we,” “our,” or “Nine Tours”), and governs your use of our tour operating services and website, which provides guided free tours, walking tours, half day and full day trips, and 48 hours city tour services in 11 cities of India and Nepal.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our tour operating services and website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use our services.

Service Description
Nine Tours provides guided free tours, walking tours, half day and full day trips, and 48 hours city tour services in 11 cities of India and Nepal. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Reservations and Payments
You can make a reservation for any of our tours or services through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment must be made in full before the tour or service starts, either online or in person. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation with us, we will provide you with a full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or service. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, we will not provide a refund.
Disclaimer of Liability
We take the safety and well-being of our customers seriously and strive to provide a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during our tours or services. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nine Tours and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make any material changes to this Agreement, we will provide notice through our website. Your continued use of our services after the modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Nepal. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the arbitration will take place in Delhi, India.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nine Tours and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding your use of our services. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

By using our tour operating services and website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
